高精度陶瓷球
高精度陶瓷球，也叫精球。由于其優(yōu)良的特性，目前已在各行各業(yè)得到了廣泛的應用。
應用領域：
主要用作閥門球、全陶瓷軸承、測量球、軌跡球、精細研磨球，可以用于高溫、耐腐蝕、絕緣、絕磁、無潤滑等場合，是腐蝕場合下替代鋼球的理想材料。
作為閥門球用途，目前已經成功用于高壓均質機、隔膜泵、計量泵、油田抽油泵、高壓噴槍等設備中。
產品規(guī)格：氧化鋯材質0.4mm~50.8mm；
氮化硅材質 2mm~101.6mm。
可提供應級別：G3~G100。
High-precision ceramic ball is widely applied in many areas because of its excellent features.
Application areas:
Mainly used as valve balls、full- ceramic bearings、measuring balls、trackball、fine grinding ball under the occasion of high temperature, corrosion resistance, insulation,non-magnetic, no lubrication and so on. It is the ideal material to replace steel balls.
The high-precsion ceramic balls have been successfully used as valve balls of high pressure homogenizer、diaphragm pumps、metering pumps、oil well pumps、high pressure spray gun and other equipments
Specifications: High-precision Zirconia balls: 0.4mm-50.8mm；
High-precision SiN balls:2mm-101.6mm。
